We're a small Ofsted-registered service in Wolverhampton. Our staff are committed to providing the very best support — and we treat them accordingly. No call-handler shifts, no opaque rotas, no anonymous placements.
What our team actually does.
Day-to-day, our support workers and key-workers are walking alongside young people through the small things that make independence real — opening a bank account, attending a college interview, cooking a meal, sitting in on a GP appointment, or simply being present at the kitchen table when something hard comes up.
Daily plans are written with the young person, not for them. Risk assessments are honest. Reflective supervision is monthly. And every member of the team gets shadow shifts before solo cover.
